If you have ever wondered how to make an adventure day one you’ll never forget JUST ADD WATER!!!!!
Venue: Gower: your instructor will advise you on an appropriate meeting place to make the most of local conditions and tides.
Pembroke: these are session booking, Morning sessions meet at 9:00am and afternoon sessions meet at 1:00pm at the car park at Abereiddi Bay.
Gorge Walking: a rollercoaster ride with Mother Nature in charge of the brakes!!! Picking your way up one of South Wales’s hidden rivers who knows what lies around the next bend! From traversing rock walls, swimming across forgotten pools to climbing water falls. Just remember what goes up must come down!! Like my father used to say “There is no point in climbing a water fall unless you intend to jump off!!!”

Kit
Bring with you a towel, some swimming trunks and some trainers or lace up boots that you don’t mind getting wet! Also a packed lunch is a good idea or there are some great pub lunches to be had in the area.
