Lifeguard Training & Assessment
NARS Beach lifeguard and Surf lifeguard are the general lifesaving standard required to run activities in coastal locations or to work as a lifeguard on a beach. The training is a week long and the assessment is one day. A popular way of running this training is as a week block with the assessment on the Saturday.
Kit you'll need: Towel, swimming trunks, goggles, wetsuit (if you don’t have a wetsuit please let us know and we can supply one). All other equipment will be supplied.
